Yoga for awareness & mindfulness.

Does the argument about talking about talking get into the participants' intent?

@mom: yes, hypocrisy definitely seems to be more self-reflective. It's a bit of an ad hominem attack too.

@ Angelina: it's not so much about mindfulness as they present a closure between environment, biological structure, society and self---through the cognitive and language processes that are both defined and developed by those things (environment, structure and society) as well as used to describe them and the actions we take upon them. In other words, they present an argument for talking about how you talk about what you're talking about.

I'd like to see a correlation between awareness and mindfulness. May I borrow this book?

It is amazing to come upon this approach and more challenging to feel acceptance. Liked the hypocrisy discussion because to express it is more self-reflective than outwardly directed. I'd like to believe that on some level we all know when we are just b-sing.
