		<description>@bec I swear I&#039;ve seen a reusable sack of some sort that you can put the beans into and then put the whole thing into the crust and then easily lift it out (as opposed to having to tip a piping hot pie pan over to pour them out). Though I could be making this up. </description>

also, re: pre-baking pie crusts, usually you put the beans themselves in the crust, and then re-use them for future crusts. a more yuppie alternative is to get a bunch of ball bearings for the same purpose--fancy kitchen stores sell them specifically for this purpose. I am guessing you already knew all this and my pedantry is going to waste here...</description>
